Try Before You Accept

For customers inside Egypt, you are welcome to try on your piece while the courier waits. If you love it, simply accept the order. If it's not for you, you only pay the shipping fee and the order is returned on the spot.

Change of Mind Returns

From the date of delivery, you have 3 days to request a return or exchange. The piece must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once your return arrives and is inspected, you will be notified whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please Note Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
