Try Before You Accept

For customers inside Egypt, you are welcome to try on your piece whilst the courier is delivering your order. If you love it, keep it, If it's not for you, you can pay the shipping fee and the order is returned on the spot. Please note that once the courier leaves you will need to request a return or exchange.

Change of Mind Returns

From the date of delivery, you have 3 days to request a return or exchange. The piece must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in unworn and in its original packaging. Once your return arrives and is inspected, you will be notified whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

Please Note Items sent back once the courier has left need prior approval. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For international shipping, please contact us once you have placed your order, you have 3 working days to contact us to confirm your order. 

Please note that for international shipping we don't provide automatic returns and exchanges. It would have to be from the customers end and we would refund/ exchange once we recieve the order and assess its conditions.
